On January 15th, 2017, Shuicheng County Yushe snow-capped mountain held the start ceremony of "2017 World Snow Day and the International Children's Ski Festival", "the Asia-Pacific geo-tourism series activities" in Liupanshui. This is a sign of the Shuicheng County Yushe snow-capped moutain Winter skiing Festival begins. And it's also the first time in Southwest China to hold such activities. "2017 Yushe snow 3rd ABC Cup Children's Skiing", "Ice Carnival" held simultaneously, it attracted 42000 visitors and more than 8000 skiers on the first day. On January 19th 2017, the "National Youth Alpine Ski Invitational and Guizhou Province, the first ski festival" ended in Shuicheng County Yushe ski field, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province. There are 51 athletes from the PLA snow sports team, Harbin winter sports training center and other 7 teams participated in the competition.
Finally, Zhang Xinyue, which from Hebei Provincial Sports Bureau, won the Women's Championship with 16 seconds and 8. While Cong Liang won the men's championship with 14 seconds and 53.
