Public was invited to an open house at the Yellowknife Ski Club to try snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Trail fees were waived for the day.
Public was also invited to 5 free activities: pick-up game of ultimate frisbee, buidling quinzhees (snow shelter), riding fat bikes, snow painting and group snowmobile ride.
Pleased with turnout given weather (wind chill of approximately -27 degrees Celcius).
