In cooperation with the concept of Best of the Alps Garmisch-Partenkirchen invited a group of children from the SOS children´s village Eisenberg/Pfalz from Germany for a weekend with a snow experience day. Most of the children had never seen so much snow, they have been very enthusiastic and they made immediately a snowball fight. They had been very happy accommodated in the youth hostel Burgrain with full board pension.
After exploring the town on the arrival day, the 7 girls with the 2 supervisors had a lot of fun on her ski experience day with the instructor Bettina Becker of the ski school Garmisch-Partenkirchen and had been very happy about her first successes on the white element. On the next day they explored our Eckbauer area with bobsleighs and had a funny and exciting day in the snow.

In 2013 this World Snow Day - event will be more well-known and so perhaps more spectators.
