With overcast skies and cool temperatures laughter filled the air of the Brest region.
The two day event took place in multiple locations with a central event at the Brest Rowing Channel Ski track and in 15 nearby regions.
Across the two day participants experienced a variety of events including:
– Cross-Country skiing Championship.
– Sports games
– Fun contests including the best Snowman
– Regional kids snow competitions
– District championship in winter combined "Health".
– Fun races with relays for the families
All events were free to join and professionals were on hand to guide participants. All in this was another excellent World Snow Day and we look forward to continuing the tradition.
