It was a great and enjoyable day!

Almost 300 children took part at this event on the Socrepes slope of the Tofana ski area.

Scuola Sci Cortina welcomed all the children and provided them with an unforgettable and funny ski experience with:
- an unusual gymkana especiallv designed for smart young skiers
- a parallel ski slalom with tricks accompanied by dj-music
- an area where the kids, united in teams, could play hockey on the snow
- another area where the children could play paddle-tennis on the snow
- a track for trying the ski mountaineering discipline under the watchful eyes of a mountain guide and the equipment for free
The core of these activities on the snow were followed by a large crowd that cheered the children from a close mountain hut terrace.
Scuola Sci Cortina wants to thank the collaboration with the “Polizia di Stato” (Police’s ski rescue team) and the association “Il sorriso di Matilde ONLUS” because they provided special areas for the partecipants where it was possible to learn some important skiing safety tips and advises to follow on the slopes.

We didn’t forget to set dj-music, to offer gadgets, snacks and prizes in a lottery for everyone!

Obviously, this 6th edition of the FIS World Snow Day will not be forgotten!
