On Sunday, 18 January 2015 the Georgian Ski Federation has successfully organized the fourth FIS World Snow Day celebration at Gudauri Ski Resort with the strong support from the side of Gudauri Development Agency in charge of the resort.
World Snow Day attracted about 60 children aged between 4 and 14, their families and the general public (altogether the crowd of about 100 people) to enjoy the day through a variety of fun activities at the children’s surface ski lift, as well as all slopes of the resort.
Leisure and entertaining activities for children and adults continued throughout the day until the late afternoon. The World Snow Day celebration program featured a cross ski competition between the Gudauri ski schools. Free of charge access to a 400 meter long surface and conveyor carpet ski lifts as well as snow slides were at the disposal of children and their families.
All participants received the certificate of participation in the World Snow Day, along with a free World Snow Day T-Shirt.

The 4th annual FIS World Snow Day was successfully celebrated in Bakuriani Ski Resort on the 18th of January 2015. Bakuriani is an ideal place to get outside, explore and experience great fun with children and their families.

Georgian Ski Federation promoted the event during the Georgian Cup Races that took place on 17-18 January, 2015.

More than 200 participants attended the World Snow Day activities and enjoy themselves.

Bakuriani Ski Resort is already looking forward to World Snow Day 2016.
