FIS World Snow Day at the Resort Kornberg, Oberfranken

The DSV Ski and Snowboard school celebrated the FIS Wold Snow Day on January the 22nd. The intention was clear, to bring kids and parents in contact with the beautiful Winter outdoor activities.

At our concentration point we started to welcome the kids and parents in the morning. After the groups where spreading out with their teachers to practice skiing and snowboarding on two different slopes. Depending on the skills, everybody got a high quality introduction in how to learn or improve their skills.

Our final parallel course race started at 12:00 o`clock. Watched by all parents the kids had a lot of fun while racing against each other. The audience made a great atmosphere while the kids did their best in the course. We finished our courses with an award ceremony. All courses members got a certificate and a medal.

We celebrated successfully the FIS World Snow Day with over 100 participants in our courses.
