This is the second year that we organise the World Snow Day with kids. This year we were in Ice Mountain, an indoor slope with ‘real’ artificial snow. With over 100 kids WSD2016 was a huge success. We reached the maximum amount of kids. It was fully booked a week in advance. During the WSD 2016 we organised several activities for kids. We had snowboarding for the smallest kids aged between 3 and 5 years who discovered their first steps trough the Burton Riglet park. Fun guaranteed. Then we had over 70 kids between 6 and 12 who got their first lesson of snowboarding on the beginners slope. At the same time there were kids up to 12 years who fine-tuned their freestyle skills. Together we needed 20 volunteers to run this day safely. They were an amazing team! After the free ski pass, free lesson and free use of material all the kids received a goodie bag with free gifts.
