Welcome to the 2024 FIS World Snow Day celebration at Snow Mountain Ranch.

Located in the Rocky Mountain region of Colorado, the Winter Park Competition Center Nordic Program promotes wellness and outdoor winter fun via the sport of cross country skiing; plus, the WPCC offers Alpine, Freestyle, and Snowboard opportunities at the nearby Winter Park Resort.

The 2024 World Snow Day celebration is centered around a weekend of winter fun, and a Nordic Festival that welcomes participants of all ages to enjoy a variety of snow sports and Nordic activities. The festival will begin on Friday, January 19th with free Nordic lessons, equipment demonstrations, and ski games. On Saturday and Sunday, the festival will continue by hosting a classic ski race and a skate sprint race.

The WPCC Nordic Program is set to welcome families and athletes to an exciting celebration of snow sports. We hope you will make plans to enjoy the trails and slopes of Snow Mountain Ranch and the Winter Park Resort this coming ski season.
