The Granfondo Millegrobbe race in Lavarone (Trentino region - Northeast Italy) is one of the most popular multi-day cross country event in the country, and last January was as always held over a two day period. Children found themselves surrounded by XC lovers and Nordic sport passionates, other than…white snow, and had the chance to explore snow sports and better understand values in these sorts of competitions. Some of them also raced in a XC race named ‘Mini Millegrobbe’. Together with families and OC members everyone enjoyed an exciting Snow Day and some participants clearly said they will be at the start of next year’s World Snow Day in Trentino.
